Joy thanks so much for doing the presentation. As much as I have gone through your situation it still touches me when I hear about it. While I cringe at all the things that happened to you, I am just overwhelmed by your response to the situation and how you got to where you’re at today.
Well to sum it up into one word. Wow! I thought this training was totally awesome. Joy was a fabulous presenter of the topic on abuse. I am speechless, what a platform and great responsibility Joy has to carry her message. I walked away with so much information.
What was good about the training session was how emotionally affected I felt throughout Joy’s presentation on her life story. It made me angry and upset at how messed up our system is, but her positivity and view on how her past was a blessing because it gave her purpose in life was very touching and inspiring.
Joy has a lot of strength to share what she did. She is giving back. She is right, it would’ve been easy to give up and even carry on what she experienced, but she didn’t. She is truly an inspiration to all.
