Do things specifically with intention that nurtures your Body, Soul, Spirit and Mind. Allow yourself to fall in love with YOU fully. For example, take yourself for a sacred walk, treat yourself to a massage, hug yourself, affirm to yourself how beautiful and special you are, and so on. In other words, BE YOUR OWN BEST FRIEND!

  1. SACRED TIME – Develop a ritual each day in silence, meditation, look at positive images, read inspirations, reflect and intent your day. Even if you do just a few minutes each day, then plan on increasing this sacred time with yourself. Do what feels calming to you and make it a part of your daily routine.
