7 POWERFUL WAYS TO A HAPPY AND LOVE FILLED LIFE!
- LOVE YOURSELF FIRST – Loving yourself, means to take good care of yourself. It is not selfish to be Self Full to yourself!
Do things specifically with intention that nurtures your Body, Soul, Spirit and Mind. Allow yourself to fall in love with YOU fully. For example, take yourself for a sacred walk, treat yourself to a massage, hug yourself, affirm to yourself how beautiful and special you are, and so on. In other words, BE YOUR OWN BEST FRIEND!
Self-Love is a practice. So start practicing it now!
- SACRED TIME – Develop a ritual each day in silence, meditation, look at positive images, read inspirations, reflect and intent your day. Even if you do just a few minutes each day, then plan on increasing this sacred time with yourself. Do what feels calming to you and make it a part of your daily routine.
- FORGIVE OTHERS AND ESPECIALLY YOURSELF – We all make mistakes; it’s a human condition. By forgiving yourself and others you free yourself and create peace and liberation to create greatness in your life. So let it Go! And let it Glow!
- EXPRESS GRATITUDE – When you live your life with gratitude, you get to see goodness in everything and everyone and this allows you to guide your life in most positive ways into happiness and sense of great peace and appreciation for what you do have. Start a gratitude journal, a vision board and or a calendar; in each day jot down what you were grateful daily. Keep revisiting this throughout your day and you will find more peace, love and compassion in your life.
- DISCOVER AND LIVE YOUR PURPOSE – By living your purpose and passion in your life, you will inspire others to do the same. Can you imagine how peaceful our planet would be if we all lived this way? Remember what made you so happy when you were a child and you said. “When I grow up, I want to be a ____?” take the time to uncover this gift of yours and you will live in happiness and fulfillment.
- DO SOMETHING – Research has proven that if you do small positive changes everyday consistently to improve your life, the results are long lasting and far more satisfying and effective then making big changes at once.
What do you want to do in your life that will make you more happier, peaceful, loving to self and others, etc.? Feel what it would feel like when you achieve this? Notice how you are being, doing, having and loving yourself. Try it! It works!
